The Sustainable Cashmere Union team gathers and represents the 17 cooperatives of Mongolia. Sukhe is the leader. Its headquarters and employees are located in Ulaanbaatar, the Mongolian capital.

The executive director Oyuna is in charge of the internal management, relying on AVSF’s technical teams – as a field relay – located in Bayankhongor, Arkhangai and Khentii. Its major role is turned towards the outside world via the search for customers both locally and internationally. Selling cashmere fiber by promoting the sustainable cashmere industry.

Its executive assistant conducts regular reviews with the presidents of the cooperatives in order to improve and diversify the sector.
